Welcome to KonaLink.com. The following are the rules or "Terms" that govern use of KonaLink.com and all affiliate web sites. By using the site(s), you agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the site. KonaLink.com reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the site. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, please do not use the site.
KonaLink.com net reserves the right to modify the information, to remove offensive or inappropriate material or to edit the information in line with the KonaLink.com.
KonaLink.com accepts no legal responsibility for the accuracy of information, or for any action brought against the advertiser for any reason by the person or people responding to an advert or we bsite description.
KonaLink.com shall not be liable to the advertiser or web site owner for any loss, costs or damages resulting from the use of the site, or the inability to access or use the site.
When the advertiser submits an advert or web site description to directory, the advertiser acknowledges that the material (text , graphics and photos) has not been copied or is in breach of copyright. KonaLink.com cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from material supplied by the advertiser.
KonaLink.com reserves the right to refuse web addresses or hypertext links to other web sites from within the KonaLink.com site.
KonaLink.com reserves the right to refuse any property advertisement and cannot be held liable for any expense or loss as a result of doing so.
KonaLink.com cannot be held responsible for non-display of an advert or link. We endeavour to keep web server downtime to a minimum but we cannot guarantee the service at all times. Nor can we be held responsible for deletion of adverts/links through unauthorised access to web site.
Terms of Use
1) We only allow top level domains (no sub-domains, or sub-folders)
2) Submit to the correct category, if not your submission will be deleted.
3) Any form of illegal sites containing copyright destruction, violence, fraud, child pornography, racism, or vulgarity will be deleted.
4) Do not submit mirror sites. Mirror sites are sites that contain identical content, but have different URLs.
5) Do not submit URLs that contain only the same or similar content to other sites you have already listed in our directory. Sites with overlapping or repetitive content are not helpful to our directory users.
6) Do not submit sites "under construction." Wait until a site is complete before submitting it.
7) Blogs are welcome if they meet certain criteria. The site should be submitted to the proper category under Blogs and be at least eight months old. There should be regular posts of quality unique content (not exclusively reposts from other sites). Blogs from free hosts, like Blogger.com, must have page rank of two or greater.
8) If your site doesn't have a full English translation, your site must be listed in the proper area of the Regional Category.
9) If Your site is commercial if it sells something, promotes goods and services, or promotes a company that sells goods and services. Please submit all commercial sites through the fee-based [www.yoursite.com] Directory Submit process, if not your submission will be deleted.
